Program Manager with overall responsibility of Prysmian SAP Consolidation Program. Consolidation of all ERP of the group in 1 single SAP instance: 9 years program, over 70 ML € budget, 31 countries, 82 plants, 8.000 users, 60 FTE. SAP - responsible for the maintenance of already live countries (23 countries, 63 plants, 5.000 users, 2 ML budget, internal team of 15 employees). SAP HANA implementation, reted by Gartner: best timing (4,5 months project), best results (with 66% performance increase) and best negotiation of licences and costs. Non SAP system – responsible for the maintenance of all corporate applications, including internet, intranet, Hyperion, etc. (around 200 systems, 7.000 users, 3 ML budget, internal team of 14 employees).
